Redback Operations and Redback Technologies are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in their journey towards advancing renewable energy solutions. Today, Redback Operations and Redback Technologies have entered Deeds of Company Arrangement under the control of new owners, Australia Ebon Pty Limited (‘Australia Ebon Group’).   

The Brisbane based business has a reinvigorated and bright future, with today marking a pivotal moment in its mission to provide innovative, sustainable energy solutions engineered in Australia, for Australian homes and businesses.   

The new ownership will allow the Redback Group to continue creating cutting-edge renewable energy solutions, furthering its dedication to providing clean, affordable power. The Redback Group’s local tech support and warranty teams will continue to support installers with Redback’s systems. Importantly, all Redback warranty policies remain intact and unaffected by this change.  

Redback Group extends its deepest appreciation during the voluntary administration period to its network of distributors, installers, partners, and supporters across Australia and New Zealand. The outpouring of support from homeowners, installers, distributors, partners, and stakeholders has been humbling, and the Redback Group sincerely thanks all those involved for their unwavering dedication.   

This new chapter for Redback Group provides a platform to continue to invest in leading edge technology and also maximise the global relationships that Australia Ebon group holds.    

Looking ahead, the Redback Group is excited to enter this new phase of growth and innovation. The team is already hard at work finalising the release of its next-generation hybrid battery system.
