Redback once again featured on Channel 10 News

Redback is proud to have been featured on Network 10’s Queensland news bulletin at 5 pm on 13 November 2023.

The news piece demonstrated the effectiveness of battery storage in beating rising electricity prices, with Redback customer Gareth Oakes sharing how Redback helped him slash his electricity bill.

“It’s more than expected, we were paying about $600 per quarter and now we’re $500 in credit,” he said.

Redback’s Chief Technology Officer Dr. Adrian Knack also featured in the bulletin, speaking to journalist Tim Collits about Redback’s Australian-engineered battery storage solutions, and their effectiveness when you need them most.

“Our system can convert over in about 10 milliseconds, meaning you don’t even know the power’s gone off,” he said.
