If you prefer to look at your system’s data on a bigger screen, the Redback Portal provides an intuitive dashboard with up-to-the-minute data. View your solar generation, import and export data, solar and battery activity, and usage graphs all in the one place*.
Check your historical usage data for trends and self-sufficiency reports, and access installer information where needed. You can also raise a ticket with our Brisbane-based Tech Support team at the press of a button.
The Redback Portal is free to use, and available 24/7 for all Redback customers.
