New Head of Partnerships & Training (ANZ) at Redback Tech
Redback Technologies are proud to announce that Aaron Moreton has been promoted to Head of Partnerships & Training (ANZ) with immediate effect. This newly created role kicks off an exciting 2022 for Redback Technologies, with a focus on expansion and continued growth for the Brisbane-based start-up.
Before joining Redback Technologies in 2019 as a Partnership Manager focused on QLD, NT and Northern NSW, Aaron’s solar journey started back in 2014, holding consultancy and BDM roles within several of Australia’s leading solar players.
For Aaron, protecting the environment and staying ecologically conscious has not only been a key part of his roles with Redback, but a large reason for his passion across the wider renewable energy sector.
“Having grown up on a farm in a regional area I’ve always felt very connected to the environment. I remember watching Al Gore’s “An Inconvenient Truth” at high school and thinking to myself that I wanted to be part of the solution.”
With the roll out of newly arrived stock including Redback’s new Smart Inverters, there has never been a better time to focus on both our existing network of partners and the new partnerships to be made over the coming years across all of Australia and New Zealand.
Patrick Matweew, Redback Technologies’ CEO is excited for the future. “Aaron brings with him a great wealth of experience in the Australian solar market, especially when it comes to building sustainable business through trust-based partnerships. In a competitive market like the solar industry that can make a critical difference. I am very optimistic that we will see another strong year for Redback in 2022 in cooperation with our partners, customers and the strong local team we have.”
