Your log in details for the MyRedback app and the Redback Portal are the same details. You should have received an email with these details when you initially purchased your Redback System. Check your email and don’t forget to check your spam/junk folders. If you have lost your portal password, please go to the Redback Portal and click ‘forgot your password’, you will receive a password reset email.
