Energy-efficient housing worth up to 17% more

According to Domain’s recent ‘Sustainability in Property‘ report, houses across Australia are seeing a potential 17.1% increase in value when energy-efficient measures are installed.

In addition, homes with solar panels, rainwater tanks and extensive insulation are not only being sold for a price premium, but are also selling quicker and are generating more buyer demand than houses without energy-efficient features.
