Chris witnessed the dawn of the solar age and there’s nothing this man doesn’t know about renewable energy. He co-founded Outback Power, was Director of R&D for Xantrex Technologies (acquired by Schneider) and is actively involved with US electrical standards committees. Luke Abercrombie Director of Software Luke has over 20 years’ experience in Australia and the UK delivering leading edge technology solutions. He has led complex digital transformations across media, publishing, utilities and finance. He has honed his skills in a spectrum of environments including start-ups, utilities and Fortune 500 companies. Luke leads the development and support of our software and data solutions. Adrian Knack Director of Hardware Adrian had 13 years’ industry experience in the development of innovative and high reliability engineering solution for the Defence, Mining and Telecommunications sectors before joining Redback. With PhDs in Electrical Engineering and Electronics and Communications Engineering as well as undergraduate degrees in Computer Systems Engineering and Computer Science he is uniquely placed to develop the intelligent hardware platforms for Redback. Tim Latimer Director of Sales | Oceania Tim has over 8 years’ experience working in the Australian solar industry. He has held high level business development and sales roles in a number of leading solar companies. His passion for the renewable industry has driven him to achieve substantial growth for the businesses in which he has worked. He also has an exception understanding of both the technical and practical side of solar, helping him to communicate effectively with both installers and homeowners alike. Caitlin Skinn Director of Human Resources Caitlin joined the team in January 2017 bringing both experience and passion in the human resource management profession. Partnering with the Senior Executives, Caitlin leads the company’s human resources initiatives and is responsible the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the human resources strategy, policies, processes and procedures. She is motivated by the role human resources plays in driving a culture that fosters innovation and growth whilst embodying Redback’s values.
